JAMB To Continue Direct Entry Registration After UTME

disclosed this in a statement, saying “all candidates desirous of DE registration that none would be denied the opportunity to register provided they comply with the Board’s directives and within the stipulated time frame.”
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has extended the deadline for Direct Entry (DE) registration for university admissions to May 6th due to the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and the national census exercise. Candidates must obtain their ePINs by April 30th and complete their registration between April 6th and May 13th.
The board assures candidates that they will not be denied the opportunity to register, provided they comply with the directives and within the stipulated time frame. The board has also put measures in place to prevent falsification of results, data, and other infractions
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Sunday said it would continue the registration of Direct Entry until after the conduct of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and the national Population census commission.
He urged candidates desiring to register for the DE exercise to ensure that they obtain their ePINs from designated vending outlets on or before April 30th, when ePIN vending would be closed.
According to Benjamin, candidates are then expected to proceed to the Board’s offices from Saturday, April 6 to Saturday, May 13, to complete their registration procedure.
