British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak failed to disclose that his wife

 An official said on Monday that the parliamentary watchdog is looking into whether British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak failed to disclose that his wife may own shares in an organization that benefited from a recent budget.   Inquiry into shares Akshata Murty owns in daycare provider "Koru Kids" was opened by Parliamentary Standards Commissioner Daniel Greenberg on Thursday, according to his office. According to the regulations, "members must always be open and frank in declaring any relevant interest in any proceeding of the House or its committees."   In a statement sent by Sunak's office, the prime minister stated that he was "happy to assist the Commissioner to clarify how this has been transparently declared as a Ministerial interest."
